SporeToSpoon.com ("we", "us", "our") provides growing guidance, educational content, and mushroom grow kits for home cultivation. These terms apply whenever you use the website or purchase a product from us.

2. Using the website

The growing guidance on this site reflects typical conditions and outcomes — actual results depend on temperature, humidity, airflow, and other factors outside our control. Guidance is offered in good faith but without guarantee of a specific yield or outcome.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are processed through our payment provider. By placing an order you confirm the details provided (delivery address, contact information) are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, for example where stock is unavailable.

4. Grower photo submissions

If you submit a photo and note through "My Grow" (or by any other means), you confirm you own the rights to the photo and grant us permission to publish it, along with your note and any contributor credit you provide, on the website. We review submissions before publishing — nothing is published automatically. Your email address, if provided, is used only to contact you about your submission and is never published.

5. Intellectual property

Text, illustrations, and design on this site belong to SporeToSpoon.com unless otherwise stated. Published grower photos remain the property of their original submitter, shared with our permission per the section above.

6. Liability

Mushroom cultivation carries inherent variability. We're not liable for losses arising from a failed or underperforming grow, beyond a reasonable remedy for a faulty product (such as a replacement or refund). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
